Shantol became a valued member of the Wealthstead team in 2022, bringing with her a strong academic foundation and extensive professional experience. After earning her master’s degree from Kennesaw State University, Shantol amassed several years of experience in the customer service industry, where she excelled in various roles. Her career trajectory then led her to the legal industry, where she served as a legal assistant for a reputable family law firm. This diverse background, which combines hands-on administrative expertise with a deep understanding of customer service, allows Shantol to excel in her role as Client Coordinator.

In this capacity, Shantol is the principal liaison for our clients, adeptly managing client administration, scheduling appointments, handling account paperwork, and addressing a wide array of transactional inquiries. Outside of her professional life, Shantol is an adventurous spirit who cherishes both planned escapades and spontaneous outings.
